DIVISIONS
Each singles division is limited to 48 players and doubles are limited to 32 teams. You are welcome to play at a higher level than your skill but you cannot play at a lower level. Click here to see a description of each of the divisions.
REGISTERING
Every player has to register themselves for singles. Only one person per team has to register the team for doubles.

FORMAT
- Singles events are straight double elimination tournaments
- Doubles events will have a 2 game warm up round robin into a double elimination tournament that is seeded by ACL ranking

ENTRY FEE
- Novice
- $5/player (ACL Gold/Platinum members)
- $15/player (Free/Silver members)
- Intermediate divisions
- $10/player (ACL Gold members or higher)
- $20player (Free/Silver members)
- Competitive divisions
- $15/player (ACL Gold members or higher)
- $25 player (Free/Silver members)
- Advanced divisions
- $20/player (ACL Gold members or higher)
- $25/player (Free/Silver members)
- Open divisions
- $25/player (ACL Gold members or higher)
- $35/player (Free/Silver members)
PAYOUT
- OPEN Division: 80% of all entry fees will be paid out to the top players/teams
- All other divisions: 70% of all entry fees will be paid out to the top teams
BAGS
Players can use any bags that are on the APPROVED ACL list.
Registration
Registration for ACL Regional, Conference and Open events is through the ACL web-app. You will need to load money into your ACL Digital Wallet so that you can register for the event.
- To load money into your Digital Wallet:
- Go to app.iplayacl.com and log in (if you do not know your username or password then please contact [email protected]
- Go to My Account from the slide out menu and scroll down to the Add Money to Digital Wallet button
- Follow the prompts to load money into your Digital Wallet
- Once loaded, you will be able to use these funds to pay for ACL entry fees. Payouts will automatically be distributed to your Digital Wallet at the conclusion of the event.
- To Register for the event
- Go to app.iplayacl.com and log in (if you do not know your username or password then please contact [email protected]
- Click on Event Registrations
- Click on Regional Event Registration
- Locate H9Y ACL December Regional (Singles & BYOP) event and tap on it to enter the registration
- Register for the desired events and pay using the Digital Wallet
- You will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully registered
- You can also verify by going to My Registrations button on the app's home page
- Disclaimer: any player that is asked to leave the facility for any reason including violating the venue’s COVID policies will forfeit all entry fees and prize money earned during the event.
