Text to Check In For Events
For each event (except the ones listed below) you do NOT need to check in with the tournament director. Instead, you will receive a TEXT MESSAGE approximately 1 hour before your event start time. Follow the prompts for checking in on your phone. If you do NOT get a text message an hour before your scheduled start time then check with the tournament director to double check that you are registered for the event.
TEXT TO YOUR BRACKETS
If you are entered into a tournament then you will receive a link to the bracket in which you are competing. You can also check out the BRACKETS Page where we will post all bracket links. You will also get a link
TEXT FOR YOUR ASSIGNED MATCHES AND SCORE CONFIRMATIONS
When your game is ready, you will get a text message indicating your court number and opponent. Proceed to that court when you receive the text. If your opponent doesn't show up within 5 minutes then come let the tournament director know. When your score has been submitted, you will receive a Score Confirmation text. Verify that it's correct and let the tournament director know immediately if there is an error.
BAG TRACKER
The Bag Tracker is very important for competitive events like this. It helps us to gather round-by-round data so that we can adjust players to the most appropriate skill level. Please take a few moments to watch the video so you can learn how to use the Bag Tracker.

TEAMS EVENT
The team Captain will be responsible for setting the lineup for each match (Doubles team for Game #1, Doubles team for Game #2 and Doubles team for Game #3). All players will then receive text message notifications when your game is assigned. The Teams event format is still in Beta testing so there is not public view to see the results. I will be updating the results on the CORNHOLE CUP BRACKET page after each round so that you know where your team stands.
