Northwest Fall Classic @ The Hub
Join us November 27-29 for the Northwest Fall Classic at The Hub (ACL Open) in Centralia, Washington for an exciting three day event where you will be GUARANTEED 10 GAMES MINIMUM! This event includes ACL Rounders, Singles and Doubles. Players MUST play in the Friday Rounders in order to compete in the Open events on Saturday and Sunday.
In addition to the Open events, get another 4 GAMES by entering the $1,000 guaranteed prize blind draw on Saturday evening. Donate a new unwrapped toy and get free entry into the $1,000 Blind Draw. If you were not able to play in the open events you can still compete in the blind draw for an additional $10 plus the toy drive donation. All donations will be distributed by the Huntington Middle School for their annual toy drive.
Note: ACL Open points will be awarded for Singles and Doubles double elimination tournaments. Local points will be awarded for ACL Swap. You do not need to be an ACL member to compete in this event but you will need an ACL account to register and pay.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE BUILDING (unless actively eating or drinking). If a player/spectator is found not wearing a mask, a warning will be given. If that player/spectator is found not wearing a mask again, they will be escorted out of the building, be asked to not return, and will not receive a refund.
Player and spectator temperatures will be taken upon arrival in the building each day. You will not be allowed inside if you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher. Please stay home if you are feeling sick!

Format
For this event, we will be using ACL Rounders format - a Progressive Round Robin. For this event, we will have 2 different groups that will be sorted by ACL standings. The group lists will be published when registration closes on November 23. Each team will play six (or more) rounds against different opponents. The first-round opponents will be random. In each subsequent round, teams will be matched up against another team with the same (or similar) record. 1-0 teams will play 1-0 teams. 3-1 teams will play 3-1 teams, or similar. After the 6th round, each group will be divided into four levels based on results from Rounders (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4). Levels will be posted once Rounders has concluded for both groups.
The four levels will compete in double elimination brackets for singles and doubles (see start times above). Seeding will be determined by Rounders results.
All games (Rounders, Singles and Doubles) will be played to 21! See the full ACL rules/regulations.
Players can use any bags that are on the APPROVED ACL list.

Cost
$100/player for Gold and Platinum players ($120 for Bronze and Silver players) - 10 games guaranteed! Entry includes six-game Rounders, Singles and Doubles, 10 games guaranteed! There will be a limit of 384 entries (64 ACL pros max) for this Open.
ACL Swap Toy Drive $1,000 Prize Pool (random partner each round) - Free entry with a donated toy. $1,000 prize pool. (If you were not able to play in the open events you can still compete in the ACL Swap event for an additional $10 plus the toy drive donation.)

Payout
Potential prize pool of over $20,000! 60% of total entry fees paid out. Out of the 60%, 85% will go to Level 1, 15% to level 2, and prizes will be awarded in Levels 3 and 4.

Player Code of Conduct
While we don't expect any issues, please respect the venue, equipment and directors who are managing this event.
- Players must abide by the rules and regulations including the Player Conduct.
- Players are not allowed to transfer their registration to another player.
- Food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available at the venue. No outside food or beverages are NOT allowed to enter the building.
- Please double check your ACL player profile and make sure all the correct information is listed (mobile number for texting alerts).
Registration
Early registration for Platinum players members will open on Tuesday, October 13 at 9am PST and remain open for one week. General registration for everyone else will open on Tuesday, October 20 at 9am PST. Registration for the event closes at 11:59pm on November 23 or when registration hits its max (384 players), whichever occurs first. There is a limit of 64 ACL Pros who can register for this event.
BOTH players on the team are required to register for the Open Singles event but only one team member will have to register the team. If one partner registers the team and the other partner tries to register the team as well, the second partner will get an error notification stating that the first partner already registered the team.
If you want to partner with a certain individual, you both will need to register individually and get in the event. For example, if Peter is a platinum player and he registers during the early bird registration, but his partner, Brad who is not a platinum member doesn't get to register because the event sold out, Peter will have to find a partner who did get registered. If spots open due to no-shows, we will allow walk up registrations on a first come, first served basis.
You will need to register for this event through the ACL player web-app. You will also need to load money into your ACL Digital Wallet so that you can pay for the event during the registration process.
