Globe-Miami-San Carlos Strong Benefit Cornhole Tournament

Come on out an support the Globe-Miami-San Carlos communities as they continue to heal after the senseless tragedy that took place on November 11, 2018. We will be running a multiple cornhole tournament for various levels with the proceeds benefitting the victims of November 11th as well as the family of Kylie Begay, a fellow softball player and friend who died a few days later as the result of a car accident. We are thankful for the support of Apache Gold Casino with the use of their facility to host this tournament.

In addition to the cornhole tournament, there will be a raffles and a 50/50.

DON'T HAVE A PARTNER? No worries...sign up as a free agent and we will randomly assign you a partner at the event. Simply indicate in the Comment section of the registration form that you are signing up as a single player.

Cornhole Tournament Details

10:00am (Cornhole players must arrive between 10:00-10:45 to check in and warm up. The tournament will start promptly at 11:00am.)

ENTRY FEE
Amateur division: $30/team
Experienced division: $30/team (ACL Regional)

FORMAT

Amateur division: Two stage tournament. Teams will first participate in pool play where you will compete against 4 other teams. The top teams from pool play will compete in a single elimination tournament. 4 games guaranteed. guaranteed.
Experienced division: Two stage tournament. Teams will first participate in pool play where you will compete against 4 other teams. Results from pool play will split teams into Competitive or Advanced division for a Double Elimination tournament. A minimum of 16 teams needed to split divisions. All matches are one game. 6 games guaranteed.

PRIZES
The event organizers are working to secure prizes. Note: This is a fundraiser and 100% of the proceeds will go towards the benefit. No cash prizes will be awarded for this event.

Lane Sponsorships (OPTIONAL)

Your lane sponsorship includes custom set of cornhole boards with your business Logo, a set of bags and a score tower plus 1 team entry. Deadline for Lane Sponsorship is December 15. Boards can be ordered after that date but will not be ready for the event. The boards are played on during the cornhole tournament and then are yours to keep at the conclusion of the event.
