Rockin’ Taco Street Fest returns to Downtown Chandler on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 12-9 p.m. featuring lucha wrestling, low riders, live music, margaritas, beer, eating competitions and an abundance of creative tacos from 25 local restaurants and food purveyors.

We will be in downtown Chandler running a variety of cornhole tournaments at Rockin' Taco Street Fest. Read the full details below and then register ahead of time to save money. THREE Doubles divisions available - Social (for the casual backyard player), Competitive (intermediate level) and Advanced.

DON'T WORRY IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE GAME! Kornhole is all about having fun and meeting new people. There are a lot of friendly people who are eager to help newcomers learn the game.

Mark your calendar for the 7th annual Rockin’ Taco Street Fest on Saturday, September 15, 2018. A food, music and cultural celebration, Rockin Taco Street Fest will feature creative tacos including fish, shrimp, chicken, carnitas, carne asada, veggie and more from a dozen local restaurants. Wash it all down with fresh fruit fresca, Mexican cerveza, tequila tasting, margaritas and more. Plus, save room for elote, churros, Mexican candies and palettas! Other event highlights include live entertainment, wrestling, eating competitions, a low rider car show, margarita hut with flair bartending, mariachi bands, niños play zone and a piñata party.

NOTE: Admission tickets into Rockin' Taco Street Fest are separate from the cornhole tournament fee. Tickets are just $10 online and kids 12 and under get free admission. Get your Rockin' Taco Street Fest tickets online in advance HERE.
TOURNAMENT TYPES
  1. Advanced/Competitive level doubles tournament (32 team max)
  2. Beginner/social level doubles tournament (32 team max)

TIME
  • 1:00pm: Advanced and Competitive division doubles
    (check-in by 12:45pm)
  • 4:00pm:  Beginner/social division doubles (check-in by 2:30pm)
  • 6:00pm: Blind draw open to all levels (sign up at event)

FORMAT
Two stage tournament. Group play followed by elimination round. 4-6 games guaranteed.

Advanced and Competitive division will start together in Group Play round and then divide into divisions based on Group Play results.

ENTRY FEE
$40/team for all divisions
(paid ACL members receive a $5/event discount. If payment is made online then you will be refunded $5/player per tournament the day of the event)

PRIZES
  • Advanced divisions: 75% of entry fees
  • Intermediate division: 60% of entry fees
  • Social/Beginner division: 50% of entry fees
    *As in any sport, the highest paid players are those at the top level of competition.

This event will earn you regional points toward your state and national ranking with the American Cornhole League (ACL). 5% from every player goes to ACL for administrative fees.
