Settlers Point Elementary - Dads’ Club Cornhole Tournament

Join us on Saturday, November 6th from 12:00pm-4:00pm at Uncle Bear's Brewery in Gilbert for the Settlers Point Elementary - Dads’ Club Cornhole Tournament.

Everyone who plays is guaranteed at LEAST 4 GAMES! You'll play in a round robin with the results splitting you into an Upper or Lower single elimination round bracket. All proceeds benefit the Settlers Point Elementary School Dad's Club. Proceeds will raise money to help teacher and student purchases not covered by the school or PTSO.

In addition to the cornhole tournament, there will be a 50/50 as well as prize raffles for participants. Names will automatically be entered into prize drawings, with additional tickets available for purchase.

Fundraiser format spaces boards at 24' from front to front of board. Cornhole bags will be provided for each court. Please no outside bags.

FORMAT
Stage 1: Each team will play a round robin against random teams. Results from the RR will split the teams into an Upper division or Lower division. Each division will play a SINGLE ELIMINATION tournament for the prizes below. Everyone is guaranteed 4 games.

Lane Sponsors

Your lane sponsorship includes custom set of cornhole boards with your business logo, a set of bags and a score tower plus one team entry for $500. Deadline for Lane Sponsorship is October 15. Boards can be ordered after that date but will not be ready for the event. The boards are played on during the cornhole tournament and then are yours to keep at the conclusion of the event.
