Admission Fee
We are paying a rental fee to use this facility. There is a $5 venue fee for everyone 12 and over (players and guests). With not having to worry about a $50 bar tab, this $5 will be well worth it.
Upon Arrival
A admissions table will be set up when you walk into the soccer area. At this point, you will need to read & sign the COVID-19 waiver, get a temperature check, pay the $5 admission fee and receive an event bracelet. This will allow you to come in and out of the venue during the day.
Once you have finished admissions, you can go onto the soccer field to check in with the director. We will be using both the ACL and Scoreholio software for this event. For the ACL software, you do not need to do anything. You have an account set up and will receive notifications when we are using this software. For the events using Scoreholio, please download the Scoreholio app to your phone so that we can scan your Player Profile into the system. This will allow you to receive notifications of your games throughout the event.

When Your Game is Assigned
We will NOT be calling each game over the PA system. Instead, you will receive a notification through the text message (ACL) or a pop-up notification (Scoreholio). It's mandatory that at least one player from each team have the app installed on their device and set to receive notifications.
Once your game is assigned, you will receive a notification telling you which court to go to along with your opponent. Proceed to that court and verify your opponents. If your opponent does not show up within 5 minutes then please come up to the director's table so that we can give them a warning to get to the court.
Each court will have a tablet to keep score. When you get to your assigned court, double check that your name is on the tablet and that you are lined up on the correct side. There is a swap button that you can use in case your name is on the opposite side of where you are lined up. Once the game has finished, tap the Submit/Save button and then tap that you Confirm the results. If the incorrect score was submitted then let the director know immediately.
