Prostate On-Site Project Fundraiser Cornhole Tournament
Join us on Saturday, September 25 at Kiwanis Park in Tempe for the a fundraiser Cornhole Tournament benefiting the Prostate On-Site Project. Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 10am-2pm (registration starts at 9am). The cornhole tournament is part of the 12th Annual Tim Barber Walk for POP that will take place earlier in the day. Go to www.prostatecheckup.org for more information. The first 100 men that register for the walk/cornhole will receive a free prostate cancer screening.
In addition to the cornhole tournament, there will be live music, food trucks (food included in your team entry fee), a Beer/Tito's garden, and prostate screenings. Non-cornhole players can purchase a food wrist band at the event. DON'T HAVE A PARTNER? No worries...sign up as a free agent and we will randomly assign you a partner at the event. Prostate On-Site Project, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1998 by prostate cancer survivor Gene Felker. Prostate On-Site Project is in the business of saving the lives of men by educating and screening men for prostate cancer. With the help of our partners, Board of Directors, Hall of Fame Advisory Council, corporate sponsors, numerous volunteers, and donations from generous people like you, together we are able to help save the lives of men in Arizona.

Saturday, September 25, 2020 TIME 10:00am-2:00pm. Check in from 9:00am-9:45am. Tournament starts promptly at 10:00am. LOCATION Kiwanis Park (5233 S Ash Ave Tempe, AZ 85283) ENTRY FEE $100/team of two (includes food and at least four games guaranteed) FORMAT Round robin to split teams into an upper bracket or lower bracket elimination round PRIZES Upper bracket 1st: $400 2nd: $200 3rd: Prizes Lower bracket Prizes to the top teams HELPFUL VIDEOS Lane Sponsors
Your lane sponsorship includes custom set of cornhole boards with your business Logo, a set of bags and a score tower plus 1 team entry (Cost $750). Deadline for Lane Sponsorship is September 3. Boards can be ordered after that date but will not be ready for the event. The boards are played on during the cornhole tournament and then are yours to keep at the conclusion of the event.
