2nd Annual Meridian Group Tucson Toss Cornhole Tournament
Benefitting Ronald McDonald House Charities

Join us on Sunday, November 25 for the 2nd Annual Tucson Toss Cornhole Tournament. The event will be from 11:00am – 5:00pm with proceeds from the event benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities

Entry fee is $50 per team with early registration or $60 at the door. Entry fee includes tickets for two drinks at the bar from a select menu and 1 lunch ticket per team member. In addition to the cornhole tournament, there will be a raffle and a 50/50 available!

Not playing in the cornhole tournament? Spectators are encouraged to make a $10 charitable donation.

DON'T HAVE A PARTNER? No worries...sign up as a free agent and we will randomly assign you a partner at the event. Simply indicate in the Comment section of the registration form that you are signing up as a single player.

Lunch

Lunch is included in the entry fee price for all cornhole participants. Those not competing in the cornhole tournament can still purchase lunch and two drink tickets for $15 the day of the event.

Cornhole Tournament Details

DATE
Sunday, November 25, 2018

TIME
10:00am (Cornhole players must arrive between 10:00am-10:45am to check in and warm up. The tournament will start promptly at 11:00am.)

LOCATION
The Hut (305 N 4th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705)

ENTRY FEE
Early registration: $50 per team of two early registration
Day of registration: $60 at the door.
Includes entry to tournament, 2 drink tickets and 1 food ticket for each player.

STYLE
Pool play followed by a single elimination tournament. Everyone is guaranteed 4 games

PRIZES
1st place: Cornhole Trophy, team entry to Arizona State Tournament and two $100 gift cards!
2nd place: Two $50 gift cards
3rd place: Two $25 gift cards

Lane Sponsorships (OPTIONAL)

Your lane sponsorship includes custom set of cornhole boards with your business Logo, a set of bags and a score tower plus 1 team entry. Deadline for Lane Sponsorship is November 9. Boards can be ordered after that date but will not be ready for the event. The boards are played on during the cornhole tournament and then are yours to keep at the conclusion of the event or you can choose to raffle off boards for the charity!
