Why play in a KB Kornhole Games event?
  • We provide a fun, hassle-free environment. You just show up and play. We will direct you to where you need to go when it's your turn to play. We use high quality boards and bags so that you have a consistent experience from board-to-board and event-to-event. We use computer software, a flat screen monitor and a text messaging system to make sure the event runs smoothly. We also offer multiple divisions so that you can play against other competitors at your level.

What rules do you use for your kornhole events?
  • Each event may have slightly different rules depending on the scope of the event. We will provide those to you at the beginning of each event. Common that we follow are:
    • Boards are 27 feet apart from the front of each board
    • Alternate throws until all bags have been thrown.
    • First team/person to 21 (or over) at the end of the round is the winner.
    • Unless otherwise stated, we use cancellation scoring

Can I hire KB Kornhole Games to run a fundraiser or private event for my company/organization/family/special event?
  • Absolutely! We take care of everything cornhole-related. Visit our BOOK US page to learn more. We can create an event page on our site, provide all of the equipment, run a professional tournament and post an event recap at the conclusion of the event. We take pictures throughout the event and share them with you after the event. We use use computer software, a text messaging system and monitor to run the event smoothly. We create a customized URL so that your event participants can follow the event on their mobile devices.

Can I purchase boards or bags from KB Kornhole Games?
  • Yes! We work with a local board and bag maker who can customize any order. The boards and bags that we use at our events are the same ones you will get when you place an order with us.

How do I pay for a tournament?
  • Cash and all major credit card are accepted when you arrive at an event.

Is your payment processing secure?
  • Yes. You can submit payment using a credit card or through PayPal. These sites are both highly encrypted to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.

How much does it cost to play in a tournament?
  • Tournaments range from FREE entry to $100/team. Check the specific event for details.

Does KBKG take any money from the entry fees?
  • Hosting a well-run tournament requires a great deal of planning and manpower at the event. We do our best to schedule events where the venue pays us to run the event. For those venues that do not pay us, we pay out a portion of the entry fees for the prize pool. The remaining entry fees help us cover the costs of running the event. The higher the level/division, the higher amount of payout.

How are the events run?
  • Events vary depending on the event organizer. Some events use a pool play format followed by an elimination tournament. Others are double-elimination, meaning that you play until you lose two times. Check the specific event for details. The tournament director will direct you to the assigned court when it is your turn to play. 

What if there is a dispute during a Kornhole match?
  • There will be a supervisor on site the resolve any conflicts. Their decision is final.

Can I bring my own food and alcohol to an event?
  • Unless stated otherwise, you cannot bring outside food and/or alcohol to the event locations. We have worked hard to find locations that have both a great atmosphere and reasonable prices on their food and alcohol.
