Getting Ready for the Harold's Corral Cornhole Tournament
We’re excited for Harold's Corral Cornhole Tournament. Please read through the following information to help prepare you for the event.

Food and Drinks
There is no outside food or beverages (including coolers) allowed inside the venue. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Payment
If you have not yet made payment FOR DOUBLES then please do so HERE. SINGLES events can be paid on site.
Upon Arrival
Please be sure to check in with one of the tournament directors. You will need to have the Scoreholio app downloaded on your phone so that we can scan your Player Profile into the system. This will allow you to receive notifications of your games throughout the event.

Tournament Format
Both DOUBLES divisions will have compete in a TWO-STAGE tournament (see below). All SINGLES events will be straight double elimination tournaments.
NOVICE DOUBLES DIVISION
STAGE 1: Round Robin. Your team will play 4 games against different opponents. You can get real time access to the standings on the Scoreholio app. At least ONE PLAYER from each team MUST download and install the app.
STAGE 2: Elimination Round. Depending on time, the top teams will advance to a single elimination tournament where you will compete for the prizes.
EXPERIENCED DOUBLES DIVISION
STAGE 1: Round Robin. Your team will play 4 games against different opponents. You can get real time access to the standings on the Scoreholio app. At least ONE PLAYER from each team MUST download and install the app.
STAGE 2: Elimination Round. Based on results of round robin, you will be split into an Upper or Lower division double elimination bracket where you will compete for the prizes.

Event Schedule
- 11:00am: Advanced Singles
- 11:30am: Competitive Singles
- 2:00pm: Novice Doubles
- 4:00pm: Experienced Doubles
Notifications
We will be using a tournament software called SCOREHOLIO. Please go to the App Store for your phone and download the Scoreholio app. You can FOLLOW your team and subscribe to match updates and notifications. Watch this video to learn how - https://youtu.be/MeSCEJc-suQ. At least ONE player from each team MUST have the app installed and get notifications. We will be limiting the amount of games we call over the PA system.
When Your Game is Assigned
We will NOT be calling each game over the PA system. Instead, you will receive a notification through the Scoreholio app. It's mandatory that at least one player from each team have the app installed on their device and set to receive notifications.
Once your game is assigned, you will receive a notification telling you which court to go to along with your opponent. Proceed to that court and verify your opponents. If your opponent does not show up within 5 minutes then please come up to the director's table so that we can give them a warning to get to the court.
At the conclusion of the game, the WINNING team should come up and report the exact score on one of the kiosks assigned to their group. Once the game has been submitted, a new game will be automatically assigned.

Bags
Open/Experienced divisions: You are welcome to bring your own ACL-approved bags to this event. If you do not have bags then we will provide them for you. Novice divisions: We will provide all bags for this event.
